After spending the night resting by the camp, me, Tara, Genevieve, and Stephon got up and continued to make our way towards the destroyed bridge. As we were nearing the bottom of the bridge, we were attacked by a giant turtle. We easily put an end to the beast's life.
"Well, there's the bridge," I said. "Whatever that light was that fell from the sky, it should be in this area somewhere."
"Maybe we should try searching on top of the bridge for the fallen light," Tara suggested.
"It's worth a shot," Genevieve replied.
"First, we have to find a way to get on top of the fucking thing," Stephon responded.
"Yeah, that might be tough," I replied to Stephon. "Unlike the other side of the bridge, it doesn't look like there are any rocks that we can climb to get on top of it."

As we were making our way up the hill to try and find a way to get on top of the destroyed bridge, we briefly saw two spirits appear out of nowhere. They were walking towards the bridge, and then they just vanished.
"That was some creepy shit," Stephon said.
"Me and Ricky have seen several of them now since we've been in this future time and world," Tara replied.
"This is the first time that I've ever seen one myself," Genevieve responded.
"Look at that, it's another monolith," I said. "Let's go check it out."
We made our way to the monolith. It was glowing light out of the symbols that were engraved into it.
"It's glowing," I said.
"Perhaps these monoliths have something to do with the spirits," Tara suggested. "There were spirits next to the monolith by the other side of the bridge as well."
"Yeah, that's true," I replied. "It's quite possible that there is a link between the monoliths and the spirits.
Genevieve examined the glowing monolith. "There's so much energy coming out of it."
"An interesting structure that's for sure," Stephon said.

We made our way to the bottom of the end of the bridge, and as suspected, there was no chance of us climbing to the top of it.
"Well, it looks like climbing is definitely out," I said. "We're gonna have to build a platform in order to get to the top."
"Some foundation and stairs should do the trick," Tara replied.
"It shouldn't be too difficult to build a platform," Genevieve responded. "The gap between the ground to the top of the bridge isn't that big."
"Yeah, it's not too bad," Stephon replied to Genevieve. "If we had some fucking rope, we could've just used that to get to the top."

Well, we spent the last few hours working on the platform, and it's almost finished now. Hopefully, whatever that light was that fell from the sky last night is on top of the bridge, or else we just wasted a few hours building this platform for nothing.
It is happening again. The world around me is getting dark. I feel like I am about to faint...
I am drifting through space and time. I feel this horrible darkness and presence surrounding me. It is her, Gabriella, the woman with dark hair, dark horns, and dark wings...
Gabriella is making me drift towards her. It is getting so hot. I feel as if I am burning. I am drifting closer to her. She is laughing at me. I can't escape...
